The Dogfather Bakery Return & Refund Policy

At The Dogfather Bakery, we want you and your pup to be happy with every purchase. Because we offer handmade, edible, personal-care, personalized, and other specialty products, return eligibility may vary by product type.

Dog Treats & Edible Products

For health and safety reasons, all dog treats, baked goods, and other edible products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right.

Paw & Nose Balm & Personal-Care Products

Unopened and unused personal-care products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Food Merchandise

Eligible non-food merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed (if applicable), and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you and your pup, all personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we made an error with your customization or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
