We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products. Because many of our products are handmade, natural variations in size, shape, texture, appearance, and color may occur and are not considered defects.

Product availability, ingredients, packaging, pricing, and product offerings may change from time to time.

3. Dog Treats & Feeding

Our dog treats are intended for supplemental or intermittent feeding only unless otherwise stated and should not be used as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.

Always supervise your pet while enjoying treats and provide access to fresh water.

Ingredients are provided with our edible products. Pet owners are responsible for reviewing ingredients before feeding a product to their pet.

Every dog is different. If your dog has known or suspected food allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other special dietary needs, please consult your veterinarian before introducing a new treat.

The Dogfather Bakery does not provide veterinary advice, and information provided on our website or packaging should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary care.

4. Pet-Care Products

Pet-care products, including Paw & Nose Balm, should be used only as directed.

Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs and consult your veterinarian if you have concerns about your pet.

Our pet-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless specifically authorized and labeled for such use.

5. Personalized & Custom Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, personalization details, colors, quantities, and other information requested when placing a custom order.

Please carefully review personalization information before submitting your order.

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for each customer, they are final sale except when an item arrives damaged or defective or an error was made by The Dogfather Bakery.

6. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to fulfill a custom request.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Because of health and safety considerations, edible products and certain opened personal-care products are not eligible for standard returns. Personalized and custom products are also generally final sale.
